日本海の「利尻昆布」とオホーツク海で水揚げされる生でも食べれる「ミズダコ」から出た旨みが濃いダシで食べるアヒージョです。
昆布は、出汁はもちろん佃煮、昆布巻きといった和風のイメージを持たれる方が大半だと思います。しかし、オリーブオイルとの相性は良く、ピザやパスタ等色々アレンジが可能です。
常温保存可能で約2人前です。

過熱調理済みですので、そのままでもお召し上がりいただけ、アウトドアの際にもぴったりです。
